• The student will be aware of the Florida Building Code requirements for construction of stairs, residential and commercial.
• The student will be aware of the OSHA requirements for construction stairs used on residential and commercial projects.
• The student will understand the construction techniques required to build stairs.
• The student will understand the components and parts of stairs.
• The student will understand the safety requirements for using stairs on construction sites.
